Spinach artichoke dip is a classic appetizer that is always a crowd-pleaser. Here's a simple recipe for spinach artichoke dip that you can set in the crock pot:
Ingredients:
2- 8 oz of cream cheese
1 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 1/2 packages of frozen chopped spinach
1 tbsp onion powder (more to taste)
1 tbsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, parmesan cheese, spinach, and artichoke hearts in a crock pot—salt and pepper to taste.
Set crockpot on high for 1 hr stirring occasionally. Set to low afterward until all ingredients are melted down. Keep on warm while serving.
