Ingredients:

1 cup uncooked wild rice (rinsed)

1 lb chicken breasts

2 carrots, diced

2 celery stalks, diced

1 onion, diced

6 cups chicken broth

2 tsp thyme

½ cup cream (or coconut milk)
Instructions:
