Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf day-old brioche bread (cubed)

  • 2 cups milk (or half & half)

  • 1 cup pumpkin purée

  • ½ cup brown sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ cup pecans (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Grease crockpot. Place cubed bread inside.
