4 cups broccoli florets, chopped

2 carrots, shredded

1 onion, diced

3 garlic cloves, minced

4 cups chicken or veggie broth

2 cups milk

2 cups sharp cheddar, shredded

½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

¼ cup flour

Instructions:

Add broccoli, carrots, onion, garlic, broth, salt & pepper to crockpot. Cook on LOW 4–5 hrs.
