Crockpot BBQ Pulled Pork

Ingredients:

  • 3–4 lb pork shoulder (or butt)

  • 1 onion, sliced

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

  • ½ cup chicken broth

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika

  • Salt & pepper

Instructions:

  1. Place onions and pork in crockpot. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.

  2. Mix BBQ sauce, broth, and sugar. Pour over pork.

  3. Cook on LOW 8 hrs or HIGH 4–5 hrs until tender. Shred pork and stir into sauce.

  4. Serve on buns, baked potatoes, or rice.
