Ingredients

  • 2 lbs beef stew meat

  • 4 cups beef broth

  • 3 carrots, cut in chunks

  • 3 Yukon gold potatoes, cubed

  • 2 celery stalks, chopped

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tsp thyme

  • Salt + pepper

Instructions
