Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts or thighs

  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 2 carrots, diced

  • 2 celery stalks, diced

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 Yukon gold potatoes, diced

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • 1 tsp thyme

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuits, cut into small pieces

Instructions

  1. Place chicken, broth, veggies, potatoes, soup, and thyme in crockpot. Cook on LOW 6–7 hrs.

  2. Shred chicken with forks.

  3. Stir in biscuit dough pieces, cook 30–45 min until dumplings are fluffy.
