Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups steel cut oats

  • 4 cups water

  • 2 cups milk (or almond milk)

  • 2 apples, peeled & diced

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp nutmeg

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar or maple syrup

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Add oats, water, milk, apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar, and salt to crockpot.

  2. Stir, cover, and cook on LOW 6–7 hrs (overnight) or HIGH 3–4 hrs.

  3. Stir before serving. Add toppings like pecans, raisins, or extra maple syrup.
